The Bay-Lake Regional Planning Commission (Bay-Lake RPC) is one of the nine RPC's located in the state of Wisconsin. Through our various planning departments, Bay-Lake RPC provides planning services and technical assistance to local member counties and communities located in Northeast Wisconsin. As such, we are accountable to our local government members, and serve as effective partners for state and federal governments.
