Bayland Buildings, Inc. is a design build general contractor based in Green Bay, WI with offices in Wausau, WI and Milwaukee, WI. We perform building design, construction and renovation services in the commercial, industrial, agricultural disciplines throughout the United States. We are structured for success Over 30 years of experience has provided Bayland Buildings, Inc. the formula to guarantee our customers their building projects will be completed on time and in budget. We currently employ over 200 dedicated people and have an in-house design department that includes a licensed structural engineer, a licensed architect, architectural designers and interior design services. We also have a full time in-house permit coordinator that deals with the municipalities for all site plan approvals and building permits. In addition, we self-perform our own concrete foundation and flatwork, rough and finish carpentry, steel fabrication and erection. This total project integration allows us to accurately control our projects, timeliness and guarantees our work and ultimately your investments.
