It's a family business which will be in the heart of UAE in Dubai and it’s going to be a middle eastern restaurant. Serving fresh baked manaesh and fatayer with only organic whole wheat and organic white flour. We value and we care about our customers health so that we don't prepare to use frozen products to make sure that our food is 100% fresh and freshly baked only using our stone oven. Our ingredients and recipes are came from our grandmother who use to cook this unforgettable taste we are bringing back the mother's handmade taste with love to make our customer happy and sasatisfied. We are also going to serve cold appetizers like vine leaves authentic houmos labnah and our special moutabal aside from that we don't forget to make special salads and vegetarian food for our vegetarian customers. And to bring back our childhood favourite drinks we are also serving cold drinks and handmade natural juices like fresh karkadi, fresh lemon mint, tamr hendi, and jalab juice. If we have cold drinks it will not be complete without our hot drinks specially our authentic turkish coffee made by 100% Arabica coffee beans together the cardamom and black tea with mint and maramia. Together with all of that we will be selling adorable display of retail pickles jars, olive oils and many kind of authentic herpes like zaatar dugga and sumac powder bringing excellent food experience to our customer’s is our main goal and we believe that our food concepts will bring success and make a remarkable outcome from our values customer.
