Focused on, in particular, ensuring the results of the scan, summarized in the 'Agenda of Change', within the organizational processes optimization using turnkey 'change management'. 3. Strategic Alignment Recruitment (SAR); profiling, relocating and /or acquiring new employees based of the outcomes and approach 'Agenda of Change' from the Strategic Alignment Scan. 4.
