BBF is one of the UK’s leading ambient cake and chilled desserts manufacturers, supplying products to leading retailers and export partners. We develop and manufacture an extensive range of high quality ambient cake products across several different categories including, celebration cakes, fruit pies and tarts, chocolate enrobed cakes, Christmas cakes and mince pies. Our newly acquired wide variety of chilled desserts extend our sweet treats offering to include cheesecakes, sponge puddings and crumbles. BBF has five bakeries, four across the North of England and one in Poland, employing over 2,000 people. Each of our bakeries work hard to maintain very high-quality standards (A* BRC Accreditation) and leading service levels to our customers. Our expert NPD and innovation teams enable us to develop, distribute and launch market-leading cakes and desserts while keeping the consumer at the heart of everything we do. Our aim is to ensure we meet customer demand and deliver the right, high quality, products to market on time.
