BBM Recruitment is a unique recruitment and staffing agency, led by the team at Buttabean Motivation (BBM). In 2014, Dave “the Brown Buttabean” Letele created a grassroots movement focused on health and wellbeing for his people. Starting in local parks and schools, BBM brought fitness to the people, through walking, simple body weight exercises, and positive group encouragement. Nobody was left behind. Since then, BBM has helped thousands of people to understand the physical and mental health benefits of exercise, good nutrition, and what being around good people can do. Many have turned their lives around, and contribute more positively to their family, friends, and wider community. The management team and group leaders at BBM have all come from the BBM program. People who had never previously considered themselves leaders have risen to inspire others through their journey. It’s a model that has worked for BBM, and now it can work for you. BBM operates two free gyms, a foodshare, and a community kitchen in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland; a gym and social supermarket in Tokoroa; along with outreach to hundreds of organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand. BBM Recruitment is the next step in the BBM movement.
