BCAM is a new asset management platform, created by two of the industry’s most experienced professionals, Ruth Moorhouse and Tim Cornford. They joined Black Cat in early 2025 to create an independent asset management business delivering a holistic approach to asset and development management. Tim and Ruth have over 35-years’ experience in delivering market leading, strategic asset management advice for local authorities and private clients, with a strong track record in maximising the performance and value of multi-unit mixed use and retail assets. We offer integrated, specialist advice across asset and development management backed by our building consultancy platform. This gives you better outcomes and commercial, evidence backed advice.
