About Bce South
We operate out of a 5,600 sq. ft. and a 6,000 sq. ft. facility just outside of Charlotte, NC with an additional office in Raleigh, NC to fully serve the South East. Approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of this is finished office space and the balance is manufacturing and storage. The facility is conveniently located within 5 minutes of a major interstate. BCE SOUTH is a manufacturing operation that is designed to produce and deliver consistently high quality products within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of an order. We have a computerized order entry system and utilize advanced computerized graphics technology to produce artwork, set type, and produce printing plates. There have been major advances in the use of digital technology in the electronic pre-press area and the company has taken full advantage by maintaining a state-of-the-art pre-press area. The printing operation has 3 production lines, with 2 standard two-color offset printing presses and a 4-Color Ryobi coupled to thermographers and thru this process, high gloss, raised ink images are produced. The business cards are then slit and packaged for shipment. Foil/embossed orders are produced on separate production lines specifically designed for those purposes. Full Color orders are produced on our iGen4 with UV coating, Laminating, Soft Touch, Digital Foil Sleeking, Die Cutting, Perfect Binding, Coil Binding, and Case Binding capabilities.
