BD Development was established in 2005 by Domenico Flavoni and Jimie Deliteris. Domenico’s experience was in real estate development, construction, and management, while Jimie was involved in building system operations, construction, and management for various national and international organizations. Between them there was 50 plus years of experience. This combined experience is the foundation for creating BD Development. BD Development has successfully completed hundreds of projects throughout the NY tri-state area. These projects varied from simple capital projects to major renovations, in addition to new ground up retail store projects. BD Development performs work in wide range of construction sectors, including but not limited to, retail, banking centers, office spaces, federal government spaces and healthcare facilities. Due to the various nature of our clients, we treat each space as if it were our own and only accept workmanship that we can be proud of.
