BDE has many of today’s cutting edge technologies that assure the finest in accuracy and efficiency in today’s demanding marketplace. Bob and his staff have been providing design support, part and tool prototyping and manufacturing in the northwest for over 40 years. We encourage you to come tour our facility to see the broad range of technologies and methodologies offered to facilitate your every need. BDE can design and build every thing from prototypes and fixtures, to dies, molds, machinery, or provide production CNC mill and lathe work. Job materials can range from plastics to carbide. We can work with verbal or hand sketches, to engineering blueprints and electronic data files BDE currently employs 10 full time skilled Tool/Model makers and 7 apprentice/entry level workers & 5 administrative positions . We work out of a 34,500 sq ft state of the art fac . Our staff is very dedicated to remain ahead of the technology curve by consistently pushing the envelope for better and faster ways of producing your ideas. Our Intel Quad Core computer systems run on Windows 7 Pro and are fully networked together with the Raid 3 Server System.
