About BDS Global

BDS is a well-established company with a long and successful history in the telecoms and rail sectors. Our Senior Management Team has been working together since 1994 and formed NDC Consultants in 2001. With extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, NDC secured survey and design contracts with Network Rail and their principal contractors in support of the £2 billion FTN telecommunications project in 2003. As Network Rail’s preferred survey and design contractor, NDC worked extensively on the project for the following 12 years under our PCL. During this time, NDC delivered high-quality services that met the requirements of the project, building a strong reputation for their technical expertise, efficient processes, and excellent customer service. In 2015, BDS Global was formed, having secured a long-term planning contract with Virgin Media on their £3 billion Project Lightning. This project provided BDS with an excellent opportunity to showcase our innovative approach and deliver high-quality services to one of the UK’s leading telecommunications companies. The success of the project led to BDS becoming a key strategic planning partner in VMO2’s continued network expansion plans. With a highly experienced and skilled team, cutting-edge technology and equipment, and a strong focus on innovation, BDS is committed to providing exceptional services that exceed our clients’ expectations. We are proud of our history and the successful projects we have delivered, and we look forward to continuing to provide industry-leading services to our clients. In 2024, BDS launched a collaboration with Solutions 30 to plan the installation of EV Charging Points in the south of the United Kingdom. Utilising knowledge and skills gained during this time, BDS are a go-to option for any venture looking to expand their electrical design services in the EVCP sector and beyond.
