Be at One Yoga was founded through a pure love of yoga in all its forms and the desire to share its healing benefits with the world. We are all about encouraging a true and honest practice of yoga in the form in which it was intended, to clear the chattering mind of thoughts about yesterday and worries about tomorrow. We encourage a realistic and nourishing practice for remaining in the present moment; using breath, movement and advice based on yogic philosophy models to focus on the here and now and find a sense of calm. We teach wholeheartedly and without judgement and offer a safe, confidential space to share our energy. Founded by Sally Perkins in 2015, we currently specialise in small group classes for Hatha, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra and provide professional classes for anybody and everybody who is keen to learn and keen to practice in order to grow. We offer personalised 1:1 private classes from our beautiful, boutique studio space in Avoca Beach, (these classes are specialised and designed in order to meet your individual needs). We also offer Corporate Yoga classes for working communities who would like to find time in their schedules to encourage hard working employees to reset and rejuvenate.
