About Be Happy Pie Company

The Be Happy Pie Company, founded in October 2015, is the fruition of founder Jenny Lamble’s passion for baking. This passion has carried Jenny on a journey that led from a hobby to a profession. Be Happy Pie Company is a full-service bakery specializing in pies, scones, cookies, coffee cake, kuchens, sweet rolls, cheesecakes, cookie pies, and cream puffs as well as savory pies including chicken pot pie, fiesta taco pie, shepherd's pie and quiche. Our storefront on Mt. Vernon Avenue opened its doors in October of 2017 on the West Side of Evansville. In January of 2024 we opened a 2nd location on the East Side of Evansville on East Virginia Street. The community support has been incredible. We love sharing our story and baking pies and other treats to spread happiness with the wonderful members of our community. Our founding principles of freshness, quality, and friendliness are what makes us special. Jenny’s Easy-Bake Oven and her Grandma Backes’ cinnamon-sugar piecrust scraps began a life-long drive to perfect her own pies, cookies, brownies, scones, and other sweet treats. Baking is a creative and therapeutic outlet for Jenny, who thrives knowing her passion for baking brings smiles to others.
