About BE Health

BE Health's mission is to prevent disease and provide care for people's health from the workplace to the local community by establishing individual hotel health prevention programmes under the name of BE Health. Founded by Kempinski, BE Health brings the hotels under one corporate social responsibility vision: a world where health is contagious. BE Health's individual hotel objectives are achieved by building capacity through health promotion and prevention and empowering people at the workplace and in local communities through health awareness and promotion so that each will be able to protect themselves. Hotel management teams in every region identify and focus their support on a particular local health care concern in their community, and create local prevention activities in partnership with a local healthcare organisation. All funds to finance their local programme are raised locally and spent exclusively on prevention activities within the selected local target group(s). By monitoring and evaluating hotel initiatives' operations and outcomes, BE Health ensures organisational and financial transparency, quality and consistency of operations.
