About BE Labs

At BE Labs, we are committed to equipping inclusion councils, business and employee resource groups, and other HR and DEIB practitioners with the tools and knowledge they need to drive positive change within their organizations. Our comprehensive certificate program is designed to empower participants through a series of ten modules, each carefully crafted to build their expertise and confidence in the field of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Our program covers essential areas, such as understanding the roles of council members and leaders, aligning on DEIB nomenclature, and crafting a clear purpose, mission, and vision for their initiatives. We emphasize the power of leveraging workforce data and analytics to inform and drive strategies, setting goals and success metrics, and honing communication skills for maximum impact. Participants will learn to link their DEIB goals to their organization's business and talent strategies, fostering alignment and synergy. We also provide valuable guidance on building and leading high-performing council groups and reporting progress to key stakeholders. Importantly, our program equips participants to create a custom action plan, including a DEIB mission and vision document they can bring back to their organizations for immediate implementation. By the end of our program, participants will leave with increased knowledge and a deep sense of confidence and community. They will be better prepared to lead DEI efforts within their organizations and in collaboration with others. Our ultimate vision is to support inclusion councils in creating more inclusive workplaces where every employee experiences a genuine sense of belonging and has the opportunity to do their best work.
