The G.O.A.T. - The Greatest Of All Time. Widely used by sports fans to claim their player is better than any other. However, we use the term in the context of being our own GOAT, to be our own Greatest Of All Time, and then to get even better. Our programmes are based on science and experience. The science is the proven success of creating long term improvements by starting with small changes. The experience is our founders 40+ years spent in sales, leadership and development roles, as well as his work with professional sports teams, athletes and managers, where he discovered the power of taking a methodical approach towards motivation, skills development, teamwork and discipline. These are vital components for success in both sport and business. His work with them allowed him to discover a simple practice whereby any task can be broken down into a process. Once the process is identified, the skills needed to execute the process can be defined. Those skills can then be broken down into their component parts and used to objectively identify how individuals can improve their performance. This enables individuals to develop without feeling like they’re underperforming. He started researching and developing online programmes in 2017, and tested a 12 week video course on here which had over 100,000 views. Working with the University of Portsmouth, he established people actually wanted to learn in that way. Then COVID hit. However, that allowed him to further develop the business and, with the help of the unbelievably talented people who joined him on the Kickstart scheme, we are now starting to release our programmes. Our programme structure allows people to develop at their own pace, and makes it simple for them to do so. We believe success at work should be earned by improving skills not by working harder. This ensures employees can sustain their performance levels, and also balance their work and personal lives more effectively.
