Be.well was founded in 2020 in Nottingham in order to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community. My name is Paula, I am the founder of Be.well (formerly YOGA.TIME). I am a 200 hours Certified Yoga Teacher trained in Vinyasa yoga (YogaUnion). I have been a yoga student since 2016 and a teacher since 2020. I have a Level 3 VTCT Diploma in Massage Therapy from White Rose Beauty College in Derby and a Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Acupressure Massage Diplomas from Gateway Workshops. I have dedicated the last few years to spreading the message of mindfulness, health and well-being to my clients. I offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. If you want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, gain strength and flexibility, Be.well provides an inclusive and friendly environment to do so. I love sharing my beliefs that life should be lived with joy, gratitude, and a dedication to being present in the moment. These feelings inform and guide my teachings, which are focused on helping our clients better connect to themselves and creating a holistic wellness of the body, mind and soul.
