🚙 Mobile Community Allied Health Service 🌻Speech Pathology 👩🦽Occupational Therapy 🤾♂️Physiotherapy 🌏 Adelaide, SA Here at BYAH we're focussed on creating an employee-focussed workplace which prioritises staff wellbeing, work-life balance and flexibility, whilst also making sure our staff are rewarded fairly for their work and can develop their careers in the way they want to. Co-Directors Belinda & Luke founded BYAH after realising that working long hours with high patient load and KPI's for big companies just wasn't fair on clinicians. They wanted to build and work in a company which valued therapists and gave them the flexibility and tools to do their job well without the stress of high KPI's and the burden of excess admin. We strongly believe that looking after our staff means that they can provide the highest quality individual supports to their clients, and that happy clinicians are the most effective ones! We're continuously expanding and are always interested to hear from clinicians sick of the 9-5 grind.
