One of our core focuses is helping people become better communicators through the spoken word. By equipping leaders to share their faith with clarity, confidence, and compassion, we empower them to connect more deeply with their communities and expand the reach of the Gospel. Rooted in the teachings of Jesus, Beacon Ministries partners with individuals, groups, and churches to spread His message of love, grace, and redemption. We believe in equipping pastors and leaders with the tools and encouragement they need to strengthen their ministries while walking alongside others in their faith journey. Founded and led by Bob Fields, a multi-generational influencer across multiple industries, Beacon Ministries builds on this legacy of impactful leadership. Since 2010, Bob has led the CE Christians group, a gathering of faith-driven individuals meeting annually at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. This foundational initiative has inspired countless lives and served as a springboard for expanding the ministry’s reach into other industries.
