- ABOUT THE TECH - Hi, I'm Kristen von Clef! I began using computers in the 1980s and since the internet was broadly introduced in late 1990s, I have been consistently online. After attaining a degree in communication graphics technology, I've had a career with positions all revolving around and within the tech world. I have operated, set up, and installed countless devices and computer programs. I am innately creative, analytical, super outgoing & easy going, good listener & communicator. I work with incredibly strong integrity. I strive to let no one ever come to me without leaving better and happier. My priorities are God first, as a daily church-goer, and then everything family & friends... my interests include playing guitar, singing, learning Spanish, anything creative (painting, photography, jewelry, digital designing), trying new foods, the mountains, serving in prayer ministries at church, being with people and listening to their stories, and, of course, UT football. - THE STORY BEHIND BEACON OF LIGHT TECH - Over the years, I have assisted family and friends with their technological needs. By helping them, I realized that there was a great need for my knowledge, compassion, and patience blended together to support others in their desires to buy and use today's tech devices. I understand that not everyone is tech-savvy and that many people struggle to keep up with the ever-changing digital world. I provide tech support services to people who don’t have the technical background or the time to figure out their tech issues. My goal is to make technology more accessible to those who are struggling with it and to help them stay connected to the digital hemisphere. I strive to offer fast reliable services and find affordable prices for devices so that everyone can get the best help they need.
