We are a Sports Management Agency based in Melbourne, Australia. Our name is inspired by the idea of a beacon being a source of light; something to aim for and aspire to reach; something that can set our path and provide us hope, guidance and inspiration. We believe that when sport is understood, nurtured and valued, it can be that beacon for all of us. Sport inspires us to strive for better, connects us to likeminded people and can help us find our identity. It sparks our emotions, from the purest joy & happiness to frustration & despair (we can all relate). Founded by Josh Eaton, a Sports Agent and Marketing Specialist with more than a decade of experience in the industry, we exist to harness the power of sport and ensure it is the beacon it should be. We specialise in: • Athlete management – with an emphasis on empowerment and development, we guide and teach athletes to make smart and informed decisions well beyond their sporting career; • Sports partnerships and sponsorships – with our expertise and network in the sports industry, we help businesses determine the right investment and how to leverage it to achieve their marketing and business goals; • Sport marketing – combining our know knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics with an understanding of the psychology of sport to optimise existing or deliver new integrated marketing campaigns; • Image and reputation protection – developing strategic and tailored crisis responses to limit reputational damage and reinstate the value of someone’s image. We’re fortunate that our diverse experience across the sports industry – advertising, media, marketing, events, club and league operations and grassroots to name just a few – gives us insights into what is unique and special about sport, and how to get the most out of it.
