It's our firm belief that if our supply chains ran optimally, we wouldn’t be struggling with job shortages and record unemployment rates. We wouldn’t be seeing the decline of longstanding industries we’ve built strong skills capacities for. We wouldn’t have such a high business failure rate. The solution to all of these problems is strategic sourcing and supply chain management. This is what we are passionate about. Beapo helps manufacturers to build stronger and more effective supply chains, securing better quantity, quality, and prices, and improving consistency and the speed of supply. For our clients, this translates to improved market share and customer retention. Through building relationships with suppliers and growing local supply ecosystems, we build a shared service model that reduces reliance on distant factories, and improves supply chain resiliency for our clients. Sourcing locally is critical. When we work with local suppliers we’re able to provide our clients with agile real-time market data. Local suppliers are also more responsive, and when supply chains are shorter, wait times are shorter. By investing in our local supply chain ecosystem, we’re also able to help stimulate the economy, create jobs, grow the local skills base, and build a local competitive advantage through economies of scale.
