About Beardmore Chevrolet - Subaru
The Beardmore family opened their first dealership in 1919. Carey (Beardmore) Hamilton is the fourth generation of the Beardmore family to operate the dealerships with her husband Brian Hamilton. Their family's longevity and success in a very competitive industry is a result of their commitment to treating those we interact with as guests in our home. We have been in the same location in Bellevue, NE since 1971 and take a great deal of pride in serving our community and all of those serving the mission at Offutt Airforce Base as well as their families. Carey and Brian have always placed a high priority on corporate responsibility to our community and you can tell our dealership family is woven into the very fabric of the community we serve. We are a full service automotive dealership including new and used vehicle sales, finance and insurance services related to vehicle sales, complete factory authorized parts and accessory sales, comprehensive service and maintenance facilities, and an Allstate Insurance Agency. At the heart of each of these individual departments are dozens of quality people making it all work for our guests. We pride ourselves on breaking the mold of most people's perception of what a car dealership is. It starts with the leadership and guidance of a strong female owner and her demands that we treat people differently than people in our industry have for decades. Ethical, transparent and honest dealing aren't an expectation, they are demanded in everything we do. This mindset led to our being one of the only dealerships in the area to not pay sales people commission. Instead they are paid a salary plus bonuses for volume aligning their motivation with that of their guests. Exceptional service at a competitive price drives our team in our dealings with our guests. For these and other reasons, Beardmore is a great place to work and we are blessed with a very stable staff. People that are here serving our guests for years.
