About Beat Auburn Beat Hunger

Beat Auburn Beat Hunger is a food drive competition against Auburn University’s Beat Bama Food Drive with all Alabama donations benefitting the West Alabama Food Bank and all Auburn donations benefitting the East Alabama Food Bank. Now in our 24th year, we have set a goal to collect 175,000 pounds of food during the six and a half weeks leading up to the Iron Bowl (October 1-November 14). Throughout the drive, we will hold smaller food drives as well as booster nights at local restaurants and other events to get the word out about our program.
