About Beattitude

We are a Women only, focused fitness club offering targeted, convenient solutions that guarantee results. Beattitude is for women whose only current offering to their workout needs is the gym or mixed gender, mixed levels, randomly placed, unfocused boot camps, classes or online workouts. The uniqueness of the Beattitude programs is through systemised workouts, that have a three month rotation. Being based around impact, intensity level and technique means that the club offers women the opportunity to access a large range of fitness techniques not currently available to them, within one membership. The unique systemised class programming also allows the timetable to be accessed by a large range of women, with different needs, at one time, and lends itself to working with the journey pre and post natal, early and late menopause. A tribe of women who want more from their gym than they are currently receiving.
