The Beauclerc Group includes Beauclerc Limited which is incorporated in Guernsey and licensed and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, and Beauclerc Advisory Services Ltd which is incorporated in the UK and authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Beauclerc is a niche asset-manager, offering an exclusive combination of bespoke investment management and private-office services to address the needs of wealthy families. Our proprietary investment strategies are entirely suitable to wealthy clients seeking absolute returns, derived from a cautious and transparent investment style. The process is driven by fundamentals and results in high-conviction trades across all asset classes, using derivatives extensively to optimise capital risk. In addition, our long-standing experience in wealth-management and independence from private banks allows us to support our clients like a dedicated private office would do. We provide solutions to control the cost-efficiency of their existing custody and dealing arrangements and also to monitor actively the consolidated asset allocation and performance of their financial wealth. We also use our derivatives experience to design optimal lending solutions for property financing. Finally, the Beauclerc Global Income Fund follows a diversified and unlevered strategy, focusing on income generation and targeting 7% p.a. net performance in USD. The income is produced by an unconstrained allocation to mostly equity and credit instruments. The equity risk exposure is obtained exclusively through derivatives instruments, in order to provide conditional protection on top of the recurring income. The credit risk exposure is obtained through a “buy & hold” selection of direct corporate bonds.
