Beaufort Marine Services LLP was started in June 2017 by 4 Master Mariners also Ex Marine Superintendents of a reputed management company with the Aim: a. To prepare ships for minimum number of low risk observations for Oil major and Charterers’ acceptance with increased charter rates. b. To ensure ships are managed by trained crew with high safety standards c. To ensure safe navigation of ships by carrying out regular sailing bridge audits and identifying lapses and training needs of the navigating officers. d. To ensure safe cargo operations by carrying out cargo audits in line with chapter 8 of VIQ and training of crew as required. e. To identify non-conformances from the company stipulated SMS and providing guidance to ensure compliance. f. To ensure company SMS is reviewed and kept upto date with the latest industry requirements g. To ensure smooth turnaround of the vessels to avoid delays due to PSC detentions, cargo discrepancy, etc h. To ensure proper training is carried out on board for safety of crew, ship, cargo and the environment.
