About Beauty Squad

We are Yvonne and Emma, two veterans of the beauty industry with over thirty years of retail experience between us. We've worked in a diverse range of environments including small boutique shops, recruitment offices, high street flagships, and the world's most respected/famous department stores. We've worked on counters, on shopfloors, behind tills and in back offices in fast retail and luxury beauty alike. We know that the most important factor behind the success of any beauty store is the staff. Over the years, we've seen the immense value and impact that quality staff members can have on sales, on customers and on their colleagues. Recognising this value, and having experienced first-hand how tricky it can be to find good staff at short notice, we imagined a resource that took the hassle out of finding staff: a service that matched highly skilled, available workers to managers and stores in need. And who better to provide this resource than two experienced retail managers with an eye for talent and a readymade bank of potential staff to call on? And thus Beauty Squad was born,a better way for quality temp staff to work within the beauty industry.
