Each session includes an initial assessment, the full amount of hands-on time, and time after the session to discuss the future treatment plan. Technically speaking, I take a whole body view while still allowing time for specific and targeted muscle work. I have training in deep tissue, lomi lomi, manual lymphatic drainage, medical massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, orthopedic assessment and massage, prenatal massage, Swedish, trigger point therapy, and beginning coursework in corrective exercise, craniosacral therapy, and Anatomy Trains structural integration. I believe massage therapy should be a part of everyone's health and wellness routine and therefore rates are all-inclusive: no additional taxes or fees, and no tipping.
