About BecomingX

BecomingX is a learning and development company that aims to create a world where everyone can realise their potential. We believe that there is no mystery behind what it takes to succeed - it is identifiable, codifiable and teachable. Co-founded by Bear Grylls, we aim to demystify what it takes to succeed and to help people build the confidence and skills to succeed. We do this in four ways: 1) Corporate training: We work with some of the world's most successful companies to develop high performing employees with the skills, knowledge, attitudes and relationships to thrive in their roles. 2) Education: We create education content to help schools deliver world class personal development programmes 3) Films: We create films with the world’s most inspiring and iconic people to help ‘demystify’ what it really takes to succeed - Presidents, Nobel Peace Prize winners, Olympic gold medallists, CEOs, adventurers, humanitarians... and less well known people who have achieved extraordinary things 4) Social impact: We develop platforms and programmes to help people in disadvantaged communities to realise their potential. We have also set up BecomingX Foundation to help deliver this mission. We are a proud B Corp, recognised as 'Best for the World' and scoring in the top 1% of B Corporations globally.
