BEDIAN INTERNATIONAL works as an advisor to the parties of the transaction – including owners, investor/buyers, and capital source. We are not compensated by the seller or the property owner as a listing broker; which typically is a CBRE, Grub & Ellis or JLL type entity. We are compensated after the transaction is successfully completed and financing is secured by the investor/buyer.
