I created Bee Right First Time out of the frustration of struggling in some under inspiring working environments, which lacked the core focus on supporting its employee to be always at their best and love what they do. At every Quality Assurance conference I go to, I still hear people talking about the same fundamental quality management issues: I know why! Because of this... I studied my 26 years’ experience, in Total Quality Management, in a range of high risk industries and world renowned civil engineering projects, and other major successful and struggling businesses and organisations.
