Beeline Personnel focuses on helping local SME’s by removing their recruitment headaches and adding value to their recruitment process. We have helped many businesses, across Shropshire and beyond hire experienced, talented professionals through increasingly tough times following the global pandemic. Our vision is born from an assessment model which sets Beeline Personnel apart from the rest. The model itself means instead of simply emailing CV’s of potential matches against a job description, we conduct a full assessment day with a cohort of candidates to ensure they fully understand the job advertised. From research that we undertook to find out what the pain points local SME’s found when engaging with recruiters, we concluded that: • Clients were being inundated with irrelevant CV’s • Candidates were being “sent” for interview without a thorough understanding of the job role itself and very little information about the Company they are interviewing with • Engaging with a recruiter was unaffordable for many smaller SME’s • Clients were being left to chase a rebate once a new employee leaves or does not work out in the first few months • The client was left feeling they could have recruited themselves easier, cheaper and failing to see where value has been added by using a recruiter. Unlike many other recruitment agencies, we offer up to six months to pay a full invoice, showing our confidence in the investment that our client is making.
