Beem Management is dedicated to advising on and managing all aspects of the design and construction process for owners, lawyers, architects, and contractors from feasibility, zoning and regulatory entitlement, through implementation and final occupation. Sophisticated stakeholders recognize and champion the inherit value of the design of the project. While this unique approach is widely used in the U.K. and termed “Design Management”, both the term and service process is new in the U.S., and it is a concept that Founder, Dave Beem AIA, believes will transform the commercial building process here in the U.S. From the earliest concept stages through construction, Beem Management will: • Organize disparate parts into an overall cohesive road map and lead the development to ensure a successful and positive experience. • Unite and direct the team to enable members to perform at their highest levels. • Use design channeled creativity and sense of craft in the process, from conceptualization through completion. • Apply seasoned programming listening skills to vet, define and catalogue all pertinent information. • Lead the team to its objectives through documentation of the process. As a registered architect for over thirty years Dave Beem AIA in his assignments has personally directed hundreds of highly successful commercial projects in the US and Europe with construction values of up to $600M. His experience as an architect makes him uniquely qualified to update and re-appropriate the skills of the traditional “master builder” to better advise and lead today’s collaborative and multi-disciplined project structure.
