Why this path? After 15+ years leading teams and projects in the tech world, I chose to go solo and build something where I can create deeper impact. A mix of life events — the pandemic, and most importantly, becoming a parent — set me on a 4-year journey of self-exploration and growth. Along the way, I faced anxiety and periods of depression, realizing that chasing productivity, frameworks, and company goals was no longer enough. My priorities shifted: my mental health, my daughter, and my family became #1. Throughout my career I’ve worn many hats — coach, mentor, developer, product manager, founder, business designer. Each of these roles gave me the chance to learn, to experiment, and to grow together with others. Now, on this new path, I bring together my business know-how with inner-management practices to support professionals in building not just successful careers, but balanced and fulfilling lives. Because at the end of the day, no matter the company or role, what truly matters is the people — and how we relate to each other. That’s what makes us human.
