Founded in 1994 by the firm’s principal partners Cynthia A. Behan, RLA and John J. Behan, AICP, the firm’s professionals are dedicated to building strong client partnerships. We have been fortunate to have seen our work successfully implemented in hundreds of projects in communities across New York and New England.
