The mission of Behavior and Beyond: to find realistic solution for real behaviors. We help people lead happier lives by walking with them in their day to day lives and implementing changes to problem areas. Our magic is answering questions about behavior and providing realistic answers. Our creative, out of the box, direct and enthusiastic disposition has been an asset to each person I have helped. Behavior and Beyond currently provides three main services. A virtual parenting program, in-home support for families and speaking engagements to meet individual needs of business or schools. Over the years Behavior and Beyond has provided services to individual families in their homes, done group trainings for parents, provided professional development for teachers and consultations for businesses. This company is every evolving as we find better ways to support people life happier lives. We share behavior tools and tips in every format; from traveling to families in need to provide in home retreats, to creating virtual platform, to writing books. Founding Behavior + Beyond was a labor of love. Dr. Marcie learned to build websites, navigate social media, book media spot and manage complex CMR’s. Growing her own business has come with many of its own lessons, from hiring support staff to leading teams, from time management to enhancing communication skills. She have first hand experienced that the skills she initially learned to help children with special needs are most certainly the same skills used to run a business.
