Behavior Change Consulting is a non-profit company dedicated to training in evidence-based practice. Using Motivational Interviewing (MI) as its principle methodology, BCC provides skills and tools to providers and agencies to promote behavior change, specializing in underserved populations. BCC continues to collaborate with academic and community partners to conduct leading-edge research in MI-based behavior change approaches, teaching, and implementing MI within organizations internationally. As a diverse and minority-owned business, staff and trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable in cultural humility and multicultural orientation, both from first-hand experience and tailored learning mechanisms to inform and inspire other businesses/organizations across the globe.
