Behavior, Inc. is a company devoted to successful application of the science of behavior analysis to help people improve and/or manage socially significant behaviors that affect individuals, teams, corporate environments, and citizens. Our work is performed one on one, in groups, and behind the scenes using strategic data collection, functional assessments, and carefully crafted intervention plans tailored to meet the needs of the clients we serve. The field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) has many applications across many different industries. ABA has been used to change behaviors in various industries and across different settings. They include, but are not limited to, healthcare, manufacturing, sports, retail, organizational management, finance, education, marketing, sales, professional services organizations, criminal justice, government, parenting, environmental policy, animal training, etc. Behavior, Inc.’s current focus is on organizational behavior management, professional skills improvement, and government policy work. According to the BACB, Behavior Analyst Certification Board, OBM focuses on assessing and changing the work environment to improve employee and management performance as well as workplace culture. OBM consultants work with individuals in a variety of industries to achieve meaningful and sustainable behavior change and improve business outcomes.
