Our highly skilled team provide specialist positive behaviour support (PBS) services for those with developmental disabilities, across all settings (e.g. home, school, residential living, support living, inpatient unit, etc.) and across all ages. High quality PBS is achieved by using the scientific technology developed through the principles of behaviour analysis. This aligns with the right of every individual to receive effective treatment/interventions (BACB, 2014). When we deliver PBS to an individual, our focus is always on creating a highly individualised plan, drawing on the specific needs of the person so that they can develop socially significant skills and lead more independent lives. Currently, the world of PBS is highly unregulated. This means that there are PBS providers who are unqualified, inexperienced and unskilled attempting to implement behavioural interventions for those in need. Behaviour Bloom is owned and run by two Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs) with a combined experience of over twenty years. Our team are highly skilled at implementing PBS interventions to decrease mild to extremely severe challenging behaviour, increase social skills, language/communication modes and daily living skills. We want you to feel confident that the individual is accessing support from behaviourally certified professionals, backed up by the latest scientific research in PBS. As BCBAs, we are held accountable to the BACB professional and ethical compliance code which upholds the highest standards of ethical professionalism. Bespoke behavioural plans are directly evaluated and monitored by the BCBAs and not through third party persons who do not hold this qualification. This means that any questions you may have, or updates following progress can be implemented immediately, leading to the fastest rate of success for the individual.
