About Behaviour Matters
For 20 years and counting, Behaviour Matters has continued to successfully strengthen and develop Social Skills, Emotional Regulation and Self Esteem for children, teens and families through our therapeutic group programs in Toronto and the GTA. Behaviour Matters is dedicated to providing therapeutic group programs for children and teens, focused on building social skills, emotional regulation and self-esteem in an inclusive, safe, and interactive environment. Our unique programs will help children and teens develop the skills they require in order to lead positive and productive lives. Our group programs are offered on weekdays after school and on the weekend. Behaviour Matters is also committed to providing individual and family therapy as well as workshops for children, teens, young adults, parents and families. We strive to help individuals become the best version of themselves, and we personalize our therapeutic work to you and the needs of your child, youth, or family. We help clients uncover their capabilities as well as provide them with coping tools and new skills sets; by establishing a supportive therapeutic environment and offering opportunities for personal growth we guide our clients towards achieving the full expression of their intellect and abilities. Behaviour Matters is proud to announce two new additions to our services. We now provides school- and community-based programs and training, as well as online programs and virtual therapy sessions.
