About Being NBalance

Being NBalance is focused on assisting individuals find and maintain a balance for body, mind and spirit in their daily lives. We utilize various massage techniques to help the client reduce stress, improve flexibility, posture, energy levels, concentration, focus and their general physical well being. In addition, clients receive counseling and a personal worksheet to track progress and identify what challenges need to be addressed and re-balanced. The massage therapy techniques available include: Anma Massage (one of the oldest known massage techniques), Shiatsu massage, Swedish massage (Classic), Relaxing massage and Reflexology massages for the head, feet and hands. For companies, we provide reflexology treatments as well as Touchpro chair massages that last for 15 or 30 minutes; depending upon the wishes of the company. Individual clients have the option to have the massage therapy sessions done at our office in Rotterdam or at David Lloyd Rotterdam Centrum. For additional information, please email or call me.
