Bekker Compliance Consulting Partners, LLC (BCCP) is a boutique consultancy that provides cross-border consulting, training, executive search, and expert witness solutions training solutions to our esteemed financial and law firm clients in North America, APAC, EMEA, Caribbean, and other regions worldwide. BCCP delivers interactive training through Bekker Compliance Institute (BCI), our Global Training Division. Our International Experts design each of our hands-on, how-to workshops utilizing blended learning, a unique combination of lecture, roundtable discussions, group exercises featuring scenario-based case studies, and serious gaming modules. We focus on international best practices, combined with regional and local considerations based on where and to whom we are delivering the training. We now offer both in-person and live online training. BCCP was founded in 2006 by Carrie Rinehart-Bekker, a compliance expert with 41 years’ legal and regulatory experience derived from her tenure as a Legal Executive in law firms, corporate law departments, and trust companies throughout the United States and internationally. Before founding BCCP, Ms. Bekker also served as a Senior Compliance Officer with several global financial conglomerates, including AEGON/Transamerica, Pacific Life Insurance Company, and AIG Sunamerica.
