About Bell Design

Bell Design Co. is located in Bingen, Washington, the heart of the Columbia River Gorge. It was established in 1994 with a vision to build a civil engineering and land surveying company dedicated to serving our clients with excellence. BDC is committed to: -serving our friends and neighbors in our local and neighboring communities; -providing excellent and accurate services and products to all of our clients; -maintaining a positive and healthy working environment for our employees; and -Giving to our communities both personally and professionally in such a way that quality of life is enhanced. BDC serves clients in both the public and private sector, including counties, cities, private citizens, and industrial clients. BDC works primarily on projects in the Columbia River Gorge from Multnomah and Clark Counties to the west to Wasco and Klickitat Counties to the east. Historically, projects have included, but have not been limited to, road design, water and sewer system modeling, water and sewer master plans, water and sewer system design, pump station design, structural analysis and design, septic system design, public and private land surveying, construction inspection services, and contract administration. BDC has 14 employees and has worked on nearly 4,000 projects in the Columbia River Gorge and the Portland Metro area, serving more than 2,000 public and private clients.
