Our Mission To complete every renovation/turn over unit within a reasonable timeframe of seven (7) calendar days. Our Commitment Bella Casa, LLC is committed to your satisfaction and the satisfaction of the ultimate customer – your tenant. We believe in safety, innovation and results. Innovation – we use top of the line materials and newest methods for installation, refurbishing, and repairs to ensure our units are completed as efficient, and quickly as possible. Results – we guarantee the fastest, most durable and efficient results. Our Promise At Bella Casa, LLC we work as a team; not only with our staff, but with the staff at every property we work with. Therefore, we promise an email to the regional manager, property manager and finishing vendor (flooring, cleaning crew, carpet, etc.) 24 hours prior to the completion of each unit, information each party when the unit will be ready for the next crew to take over. Communication is very important to us, which is why we will keep all parties informed and up to date on the process of every renovation/turn over. **If we are contacted before 12pm noon we are committed to initiate our work at the necessary unit within 45 minutes of the service call.
