We have identified our target customer needs of natural fibre bias, colourful designs, exclusivity, comfort, European or near east origin and a priority for quality through longevity of wear with a more flattering tailored fit. The emphasis on fit has always been balanced with a casual aesthetic but paying strong attention to accommodating different women’s body shapes particularly a mature woman. We extended this better choice to our team too. Making individual contracts of employment to suit each team members life/work balance. We are pioneers in flexible contracts for working mums and dads, putting people before profit. Being a modern family run business with a very flat management structure and direct contact with our customers we are well equipped to respond rapidly to the changing market conditions and needs.
