Imagine hearing the news no parent ever dreams of… “Your child is very ill, has cancer, has a tumor, may not make it through the night.” Harsh I know, but far too many parents, just like you, face this reality every day. We are not here to tell you the scary statistics or facts about all the diseases you may or may not have heard of. Instead we are here to help those families – in one of the most devastating times of their lives who ‘make too much’ for Governmental help, and just need a little blessing to get through this unfortunate situation. No one is ever prepared enough, emotionally or financially to deal with a long term or sudden illness in a child. But that is where we can all help. With the donations we receive, we provide assistance to middle class, working families, who just need to focus on helping their child get better. We pledge that 90% or more of the donations go straight to families. (We do have some operating costs, but NO salaries are paid to anyone.) Would you want to worry about gas money, where to sleep, what to eat next if this was your child? Silly question – I already know you wouldn’t think twice. Please don’t think twice about helping, give what you can – as you have heard before – it all adds up and it DOES make a difference.
