Bellview Associates was formed in 2001 to offer high quality corporate financial advisory services to selected private companies, with particular emphasis on employee benefits advisory work, including cost-effective funding strategies for employee benefit programs. The overriding objective of the firm is to provide independent, expert advice and transaction implementation in selected situations where we can add meaningful value for our clients. During their more than 40 years of combined experience at major investment banking firms, the principals at Bellview Associates have provided financial advisory services and implemented transactions for clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurs and family groups. Assignments have included a wide range of corporate finance transactions and advisory engagements involving: (i) various structures for leveraged ESOPs, GSOPs and other benefit funding vehicles; (ii) all manner of securities structures and transactions in both the public and private markets; and (iii) strategic transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs and joint ventures across a variety of industries.
