Working closely with Founders, CEOs and investors, Jessica and her team have established first-time leadership and C-Suites for high-growth Financial Services firms, as well as guiding scale-ups and established businesses through critical transformations. We have a proven track record of delivering on C-Suite, VP, Head Of and Senior Manager positions across Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Commercial and People functions, as well CEO and board appointments. LIFE SCIENCES However, in 2025, everything changed. Jessica’s mother was diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal cancer. Balancing oncology appointments, hospital visits and full-time caring alongside running Belong Consultancy inspired a new purpose: to do more good. Belong Consultancy evolved to serve not only Financial Services, but also Life Sciences – with a particular focus on Oncology and a mission to help cure cancer.
