Benelux Succession Capital is the first Search Fund in Benelux. Its purpose is to identify, acquire and operate ONE single company in the Benelux region. Our goal is to offer an attractive succession opportunity to a business owner who would like to transition out of his/her day-to-day responsibilities. We have a long-term horizon and want to build on the business owner’s hard work to ensure the continued success of the company. We want to maintain the owner’s legacy and realize that success is dependent on taking care of the company’s employees, customers and community. Above all, we offer respect for the owner’s life-long work. Upon acquisition, our managing director Mansour Afshoon will run the company as its CEO. He comes from a family of small business owners and will ensure the owner experiences a smooth transition process. We operate according to certain criterias when it comes to the company we would like to acquire, chief amongst them: Pretax income between 750K and 5M EUR, recurring revenues, growth potential and margins greater than 10%.
